Kings Road Dream House, Newport Beach
Kings Road Dream House is an 8,200-square-foot, four-story luxury modern residence located in Newport Beach, valued at over $15 million. Positioned on a prominent corner lot, the home takes advantage of its unique location by embracing a triangular design language. This bold geometry defines the overall massing and extends into the façade, landscape, and interior planning, creating a distinctive architectural character. The triangular form not only maximizes views and natural light but also gives the residence an iconic, sculptural presence within the neighborhood.
Everest Group is providing a full scope of services—including architecture, interior design, landscape, lighting, and project management. The team has successfully navigated Newport Beach’s rigorous permitting process, one of the most challenging in Southern California. The project is currently midway through construction and is scheduled for completion in March 2027.
