A custom coastal estate on one of the last undeveloped homesites in Pelican Crest, an exclusive gated community in Newport Coast, with sweeping views of the Pacific Ocean, Newport Harbor, and Catalina Island.
Everest serves as the owner’s local representative and project manager, coordinating the design, engineering, and construction teams from concept to completion. The community’s rigorous HOA architectural review process requires close coordination with the association and project consultants to address design requirements, submissions, and review comments.
Our role also includes budget planning and cost tracking, schedule monitoring, and regular progress reporting, keeping the owner informed and the team aligned at every stage.
